New Zealand Caravan & Motorhome Manufacturers Association established to promote the Recreational Vehicle Industry Following discussions between interested caravan, motorhome and other recreational vehicle manufacturers, the Recreational Vehicle & Caravan Manufacturers Association of New Zealand (RVCMANZ) has been established. The Association also allows major component importers/suppliers serving the manufacturing industry to become members. The Chairman of the RVCMANZ advises the primary purposes of the RVCMANZ are: To promote, develop and advance the quality , technical and scientific aspects of the manufacturing process. To promote the growing Recreational Vehicle lifestyle in conjunction with other industry associations and organisations. Interact with Government and other legislative bodies regarding appropriate technical standards and other issues affecting the manufacturing and marketing activities of New Zealand RV manufacturers. "There has long been a need for a manufacturers forum where the many different techniques of manufacturing can be assessed for quality and compliance using a common standard." "Working closely with other groups in the industry will also allow members to improve communication with our business partners and – most importantly – our final customers".
